Rundown hotel. No tv remote, called to ask for one and was told one would be brought. Never came
There were no enough bath towels in the bathroom. We called to the front desk. They said they will send someone with the towels. Well, nobody showed up. Breakfast menu was limited. Breakfast time was until 10am. Some of the items were finished by 9:30am only and they did not refill. No normal/cold drinking water on the property (hot water was available thought). When requested, staff was not courteous enough to provide water. Overall, a big no-no.
Our room was not ready at 3 when we got there and we had to wait in the lobby with other guests as rooms became available. Breakfast was horrible and did not even offer water. Staff pushed me out of the way while I waited in line for bread (one of the only breakfast options) Dirty diapers in the hallway. Trash everywhere.
The floor in our room was very dirty. Staff was not very friendly. Overall the place was old, run down and depressing.

The towel was dirty I was there for 3 nights never change anything in the room breakfast was really really poor one type of cereal and jus couple slice of bread nothin to drink
I stayed for 2 nights. Bathroom had no towels, wash rags or hand towels. Seen a housekeeper on my floor asked for towels and was told to go to front desk. Asked the woman at the front desk for towels. She told me she would send someone up. Know one ever came. Next day went back to front desk. The gentleman at the desk walked to the laundry himself to give me towels. Unacceptable.
I checked in, go to my room, open the door and find the bed to be a mess, the bathroom a mess, .... my room was NEVER cleaned. Horrible! It is 10pm at night, and I walk into this. Absolutely ridiculous. And the front desk girl was no apologetic or anything.... when something like this happens, you make sure you do whatever you can to make it up to the customer, but no, when I asked for compensation, she said "I can refund you the room, but then you won't be staying here".
