Very Poor The 1st room had animal feces in the floor, a bathtub faucet that ran constantly and the bedspread was dirty. The 2nd room had pet hair on the desk, floor and bed. The bedspread was dirty. It appeared the room had not been cleaned. The 3rd room was satisfactory. The hall carpets were filthy! The location was great!
Poor the swimming pool was closed for repairs. it was not told to us ahead of time. I always pick hotels with indoor pools for my children to enjoy. the staff was also not helpful and didn’t seem happy to be there.
kinda sucked but oh well y’all gave me the wrong room, i booked and for something completely different. y’all ain’t have forks n the pool was closed only location
The worst night we have had in a hotel Everything Dirty room. Stains on the ceiling from water The fire alarm went off at 2:30am and started on til we left at 9am. We slept in the car for 4 hours cause they couldn’t get it turned off. Still haven’t given me my money back like they said they would.
I will never stay at this Hotel again and will strongly advise anyone I know not to as well. I arrived 1st day alone and got to the room looking for linens for the pull out, there were none, I pulled out the sofa there was cereal and dirt etc. I called the front desk they finally brought linens. I also asked for a crib for my daughter's 1 year old, took them forever to find one. Disappointing Lights were out over the vanity in bathroom Remote control did not work Fire alarm went off for approximately 30 minutes Pool was closed for maintenance during the entire stay For the price I paid for the room, everything should have been in tip top shape. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Room was clean.
I’ve stayed here before and was pleased. I will look for other Hotels in the area the next time I visit Mansfield. Your The pool was closed. The bed coverings and sheets were stained and the overall room maintenance is poor. Breakfast was poor and on May 16th staff did not have access to the kitchen until 7:30 and breakfast was supposed to be ready by 6:30 am nothing
the most offensive and overpriced experience in a hotel I have had my entire 34 years on the planet.
