The photos do not compare to how the hotel looks there’s no Jacuzzi it’s been filled in and the walls are molded and falling apart

Staff management are not very pleasant. We left items in the room and even though we came back in the same evening and the room was not rented out they said we couldn’t access it to see if our stuff was still there. Terrible place to stay.

The beds and the mattress was super bad. The rooms smelled. The bath tub was dirty and the carpet was torn. Please don't waste money here.

Dogs in other guests rooms barking all night. Children in room next to mine, yelling scream jumping on the floor and bed till 3:00 AM. Tried to call front desk, never answered, couldn’t find her in the lobby. Terrible, got no sleep for 48 hours.

Firstly I would like to say the staff was accommodating and helpful, but the rooms are being over charged for how stained the walls were and in our room specifically there was a hole in the floor far corner by the air conditioning that would have resulted in injuries if we were not aware. Now when I was checked in my card was charged for the full amount, 2 days later more money was taken as a “processing fee” of $463 when the stay was paid for and I was told that the money should have returned the man at the desk did somethi... read more
