Mansfield's comfort zone Access to hotel from I-287 Northbound was not easy. Not enough exits and road signs displaying the hotel was next exit. In fact, hotel was not easy to see from the interstate. I just happened to know where it was cause I go through there from time to time. The indoor pool area had a STRONG chlorine smell. It was so strong for my husband and I, and hard to breath in there that we did not get to swim. Very disappointing, cause I was really looking forward to swimming. Very Nice Place to Stay Never having been in the area, I had a slight problem getting to it, but I loved the hotel, it was new, had all the amenities you needed. I felt safe and secure in the hotel, the room was clean and beds comfortable. It was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice place to stay that close to everything. It is near theatres and restaurants as well as local shopping and near the highway without a lot of highway noise. Nice place to stay with good breakfast in the morning. Try it out... read more

Very nice hotel I have traveled quite a bit through the years and stayed at various hotels. I realize this one was pretty new when I was there, but it was still one of the best I've stayed in. Everything was clean, the employees were efficient and friendly, including the gentleman who checked me in at 3:00 in the morning when I was half asleep. I would definitely stay there again, and would stay at others in this chain also.

Hotel was great but the front desk needs more training. The Hotel was really nice, but the wedding group had issues with the front desk girl. She did not know how to check people in that had blocked rooms and sent my entire bill to expedia instead of one night. Took Over an hour to resolve the problem so I could get checked out.

OK Hotel.. Hotel appeared pretty new and the staff were friendly. The room still had trash in the waste baskets and the toilet would not flush (I had to fix it). The light in the bathroom also did not work correctly. The breakfast was not up to much.

Who could ask for more? Great place, clean and comfortable, the staff extraordinarily pleasant and helpful. Wish I could find a La Quinta in all the places I travel.

Needs better oversight Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable (A very big deal for us). However,for 3 days, we were not furnished shampoo (they were out!)Our soaps were picked up and replaced once. There were not any hooks or hangars in the bath for towels after bathing. AND, the curtains over the heat/cool unit were not restrained so they channeled the output to the windows, we had to place items on the sill to divert output into room, heating/cooling bill will reflect this over time as costly.
