Not a good hotel to stay at….. The staff is so rude and the lobby was clean but hot!! like 88. The breakfast wasn’t good. One night the alarm was going off from 2am until 11am and the fire department came out. I was supposed to have two king beds suit that’s what the advertisement said and I did it. oh and the pool doesn’t work!!!!!!! The cleaning lady was the sweetest that’s it….. The manager did he’s best.

Disappointing No laundry and the pool was out for maintenance issues Also there is a weird smell on 4th floor Perfect location

Very Poor . Hotel room smell like dog had been in it. It was not clean very well, there was dog hair and human hair everywhere. Staff was not friendly I honestly want a refund.
Location was just right. They need to remodel bathrooms. There were roaches in the bathroom. The bathtub had mold around the edges. The air conditioner had black specks on it. Staff was friendly especially the maid. She should be in charge!

There is nothing good to say about this hotel other than the reason that I went to Arlington for. it was ok at best it was hot in our room even with air down to 60 it was scorching was told that they couldn’t fix it, pool was down due to maintenance staff was nice
Not happy at all, the price I paid to not use the pool nor do laundry and not even offer a discount! Pool and laundry working!!! Nothing, wanted to do laundry and NOTHING! wanted to swim but Not working!!! Not on your website!?!? You should have discounted for that! But no because it is a scam!!! Oh and I will tell as many people as I can . NOT HAPPY AT ALL,!!!
