Disappointing The rooms could have used some paint Room 308 smelled of intense smoke. We stayed in it the first night then asked for a new room and they accommodated us. Although the lady at the front was not very friendly

Will not stay there again The pool was closed the first day. The most frustrating was the door lock. I had to go back to the desk three times before they found the batteries were bad in the reader. There was no air condition in the common areas so it was very uncomfortable going back and forth to the 3rd floor and waiting for them to fix It. Also there appeared to be mold all around the tub. The breakfast was ok.

never again. everything was broken and the staff didn’t want to be there. Even though I called ahead to confirm, the pool was not open; the AC unit was broken; the staff was rude and unhelpful; exposed live electrical outlets; there was roaches; broken refrigerator we had to spend an hour on to defrost with our personal hair dryer nothing

Staff and breakfast great, facilities need work. Our first room smelled horribly of cigarettes. There is no way it wasn't noticed by whomever cleaned the room. We were moved to a second room that was better, but when the AC cycled off, a milder, but still unpleasant smell would become noticeable. When we got into the room, the AC was turned down as low as it could go. Possibly this was to help with the smell. We ended up keeping it running and bundling up. Poor
First and Last time I will be staying there. Indoor pool was chained closed. (Looks like it had been for months) Vending machines and washer/dryer were removed. Ceiling in lobby leaked. In the 4 nights we stayed I had to get room rekeyed twice because cards were deactivated. No towels or toilet paper in the room. Mini fridge in room was broken. The bushes/trees on outside of property were trimmed and thrown all over the ground. Grass was very tall and dog poop everywhere! Not what I have come to expect from a LaQuinta. The d... read more
