The hotel looked and smells old! Key cards stopped working over and over again! I was locked out my room for over 3 hours!
Check your bed Check the beds- pictured is what one of the beds looked like. We stayed for a business trip and this was the bed in one of the rooms.
Dangerous light fixtures, cheap toilet paper, no hooks for towels in bathroom, the queen sized beds were not queen size, the snack nook had 5% stock in it… nothing earth shattering but very sub-par to other La Quintas we have stayed in.
Walked into our room and it instantly smelt of weed. Called the front office to ask for another room and they wouldn’t accommodate. Said they know it’s a neighboring room. My 6 year old child and husband who is a cop now has to stay in a room that I never would have booked, had I known this!

please expedia, never offer this hotel again. My room wasnt nice, the carpet on the floor is horrible. the indoor pool wasnt nice at all. PLUS THE WATER WAS COLD AS ICE. the hot tub was broken. and only 2 equipment in the workout room. and they were very out dated equipment.
Lost power for hours and wasn’t compensated for it in any way.
Bad Awful. Got checked into a room that was occupied already. Got another with a muggy feel. Pillows were not comfortable. Power went out in the building while getting ready the next morning. Never staying there again.
The room was not cleaned, bed sheets were stained, there was hair all over the bed and bathrooms. Make up stains on and around the door knobs. Front desk staff wasn't helpful, told me to get a refund and go find another hotel since they were out of similar rooms and I did not book directly on their website. I had to wait for cleaning staff to go back and clean and change bedsheets, vacuum etc. This of course made me late for the occasion I came to attend.
