No hot water. Bad customer service. no hot water. rooms not equipped with enough towels. rude lady at front desk. We arrived later from a baseball tournament. had to get up early the next day for the continued baseball tournament. we stayed with a family of 5. There were two towels in the bathroom. Overall, the lobby smelled stuffy, the hole in the ceiling didn't help. No welcoming smiles. The breakfast was poor. Only store bought muffins, no pastries. No one to make eggs or omelets. Didn't care for the breakfast. All cold items.

Very Poor dirty had to change room. bugs in the sheet. stains. smelled. I left my reservation early breakfast
I just didn’t enjoy my stay Cleanliness non existent and key card kept going out No clean dirty key card kept going out
Showed up to check in went up to the room found it in very poor shape went up to the office and said A decent mattress and a clean room. The room was so bad we would not stay. The mattress is broken down stained with two mattress toppers on top of it. The floor was dirty and so was the dresser.

Horrible Experience Multiple of the guest checking in were given other occupied rooms and walked in on people. After four nights in the hotel I came in to find all of my belongings in the lost and found, their was no manager and no explanation. I still to this day have not been contacted back about that matter. Also there were bedbugs in one of the queen beds in the room and killed one cockroach in the bathroom at night.
Bad I had booked a king deluxe suite and upon arrival my room was given away. Location to the event was okay.
