Bad The staff and cleanliness of the place( or lack there of. nothing!!!!!
It wasn’t the quality for my money They had NO hot water the iron didn’t work the ironing board was broken! We had to keep asking for clean towels The breakfast was ok
booked the room in advance only to arrive and not get what I requested. I asked to be on a top floor away from the elev it was old, unkept, room decor was dated and worn out. carpet stained, room was clean not really cleaned. shower curtain was stained. location was great for where I needed to be.

Will not return. Dirty sheets. Bullet hole in ceiling. Water stains in ceiling. Dirty bathroom. Dirty doors. Room door lock did not lock. Limited selection. It was picked through and not restocked by 8:30. Breakfast was over at 10am
Fair The front desk staff, apparently, did not like that I was a booking.com customer. One commented on it. Although I booked quite a while before my stay, apparently, all the good rooms were full, so I was assigned a 4th floor room between the party group and the yappy dog. The 4th floor smelled bad - like dirty feet. The lady working the breakfast area was especially helpful. The great hotel location was the main reason I booked it.
very dirty, smelly and plain disgusting. as soon as we got into the elevator it was dirty and the walls had dirty handprints everywhere , when we stepped out to floor number 4 the carpet was very filthy there was too many spots from liquids stained, there’s was a bad odor like dirty feet mix with dust. when we got to our room door 412, as we was entering there was a dry stained that looked like throw up, it was very disgusting, the restroom was ok until I opened the shower curtain and the tail had mold, we kept checking out ... read more
Will never stay there again and would not recommend to anyone The room was very hot at night. No hot water in the shower. The beds were not comfortable, lumpy pillows and a mattress pad that was not on the bed straight. The floor in the bathroom was uneven so when you sat on the toilet, you were actually leaning to the side. The location was around a lot of shopping and restaurants.
Horrible They didn't have my booking.com confirmation for extended day and tried to kick me out after I booked and paid for it. The coffee maker was shattered and the phone was fried. Location
