Rooms very damp and musty. Halls smell like smoke
Air conditioning didn’t cool the room well at all. Bathroom smelled like mold. Shower didn’t get hot. Towels had what looked like makeup stains on them. Front desk was not very friendly, looked more put out that we were checking in. Lobby and elevators were clean. Room appeared clean when we walked in but with odd smell.
Rude customer service bathroom was dirty. Building smells foul
Staff was totally unwilling to work with coaching staff of traveling baseball team

The photos do not compare to how the hotel looks there’s no Jacuzzi it’s been filled in and the walls are molded and falling apart
