Bad No limpiaron, no jabón para manos y tina no papel de baño no shampoo nunca sacaron la basura x 3 días teníamos toallas limpias teníamos q pedir. Nosotros tuvimos que sacar las bolsas de basura No hubo desayuno q no tenían personal
So dirty No staff present at arrival. The room was filthy, hair in fridge, no counters were even wiped down, tissues and trash on floor. Asked to be switched but new room smelled so musty we decided to ask front desk for bleach and at 3 in the morning had to clean the room ourselves. Stayed in 6 hotels on our trip and this one was by far the worst The location in the only good thing about this hotel
Do not waste your money Smelled like Marijuana everywhere you went. The AC didn't work in the room. The elevator moves down while unloading. Water damage in our room. Took our towels the first night without replacing them. No fridge. Weekend staff has an attitude towards you on the phone but is nice to your face. Pool was closed. Was not worth the money. The beds were very comfortable.

I would write a short sentence but the reserved rooms were given to some else Our rooms were given to someone else and had to stay at Comfort Inn for additional cost to me.
Pay Extra to Stay Somewhere Better. I Promise You. We arrived at 11:30pm to check-in after travel delays. It took about 30 minutes for the front desk to get us checked in. There was no one else in the lobby. After getting checked in and heading to our room, we discovered our room was right by the elevators which was very noisy. But whatever, we were tired.
