Homeless man living in the parking lot. Gave us the key to someone else’s room that was already occupied. Door knob fell off.
There is NO ELECTRICITY!!!! I want a refund
Bed bugs Within 5 minutes of laying down my husband started to feel itchy and we found bed bugs. We immediately had to gather our things and leave.
Locks at night on room 138 didn't work. Roaches in 418. Fridge working in one room but not the other. Poor quality food for breakfast. Spent $600 total between 2 rooms and couldnt rest easy between the two. Best thing was the bath tub Jacuzzi in the room.
Desk employee was not knowledgeable
Terrible Elevator was broke, sheets had blood and stains on them and tub was disgusting. won’t answer me regarding discount. Very unhappy and won’t be back.
Not a great experience I have stayed here before with a group of soccer teammates. This time however multiple people had issues. For starters, the elevator was not working in a 4 floor hotel. They did call me before hand to let me know, which was considerate, however it was 30 minutes before check in and we did not have ample resources to rebook.
