I have booked here a lot. The last three stays has been frustrating. I book a king bed and when I get there at 3pm to check in there are no more king beds. I didn’t get a refund since kings are more expensive. Since the pandemic the facilities are ran down. My daughter and her family leave nearby. I’ve always had a great experience until recently. Room smelt like pee. Got a new room and it smelt fine but the roll out bed was broken.

They charge a non-refundable pet deposit of $50 per animal. Conversely, the Hampton Inn has a refundable deposit that you get back after check-out if appropriate. So, we paid $243 to stay at a really disappointing hotel for the night with our two dogs. No coffee at "grab and go" continental breakfast. Check in process was unfortunate.

Conveniently located. Room was dirty on arrival, had trash on the floor, grout was moldly and toilet was lopsided.

Front desk lady seemed to be upset when asked for things and internet was not working.
