I'm sorry that we fell short of 5 stars during your stay. We hope that the next time you are in the area you will choose to give us another try.
The hotel is operated and managed at minimum. Amenities have been reduced or removed to apparently cut cost. The issues are above staff level as every staff member we talked to was pleasant and very apologetic but it was very apparent that our complaints are very common. We needed to extend our stay due to home renovations but two nights was torture enough so we chose another hotel in the area. The hotel is conviently located to shopping, donning and easy access to major roads.

La quinta I was charged by Expedia and the hotel also charged me again for the same night. I still haven’t received credit for the second charge.

UNDER RENOVATION Pros: location Cons: More attention to detail having rooms ready. Location: location is excellent Started off bad from going in to the first room which had two huge spots of mold on the wall that had not been taking care of to the hot tub not being hot to running out of hot water Sunday morning. Just overall not a good experience and will choose a different hotel when in that area.

Excellent location but needs some upgrades Housekeeping appeared to not get anything right with my room. I always had an issue, from not cleaning to removing sheets and leaving on another bed, mold on ac unit, really a disaster and when I complained I would get excuses.

Business trip. Pros: Staff checking it was wonderful. Very nice! Cons: Rooms cleaner and AC improved. Location: Great location Hotel smelled. Room my Hot and not very clean. One of our rooms was by the ice machine. When I complained was told it bothers some and not others. It bothered me! Kids screaming in hall most of the night.

Disappointing Stay Location: There are tons of restaurants nearby. Walking into the room, we smelled a strange musty smell. The room was spacious, had a fridge, microwave, and TV was also pretty large for a hotel room, but that is where the perks stopped. The bathroom was musty, with cracked, dirty tile, and you had to hold the handle down for a long time to flush the toilet. Not What I Expected! Cons: Cleanliness and Customer Service Location: Loved it Filthy rooms and unpleasant staff. My first room was terrible. You could tell that it had not been clean nor had the sheets been changed, by the amount of dry blood that was left behind.
Hotel under construction had no idea .. Pool too cold and hot tub too hot it was not what we expected
