There was no comforter on the bed so we were cold all night. We got locked out of our room and there was nobody at the desk so we had to call and wait forever.

The cleaning staff was fabulous. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was way to HOT. Could not control heat. Shut heat off and room remained hot.
