We arrived on Friday evening to spend the weekend. I realize this is not the fault of the hotel, but overnight, our car was broken into in the hotel parking garage. Although this ruined our plans, the hotel staff and the Black Hawk police department were awesome. The hotel maintenance went above and beyond our expectations by cleaning the glass from the vehicle, and rigging a piece of plexiglass in place so we were able to continue our weekend with some piece of mind.
