Like the bathroom design Overall the room was great. The heater was working a little weird. Good size tv, good pillows. Like the bathroom design.

Quick overnight stay. Went for a fun night at the casino. Had a good time and enjoyed the hotel. Always clean and comfortable.

When I checked in the lady at the desk kept talking to me but becacaue of the mask I couldn't hear a word she said. Please tell staff to speak up. And I see entry is different and I had a terrible time using it. That should have been told to use upon check-in. Someone in the elevator helped me and the cleaning people helped me into the room.

We had reservations at Lady Luck but actually it was not open so they moved us to Isles. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. We would have went to Isles check in instead of Lady Luck.

The bed was extremely comfortable. However there was no light at all in the bathroom and when we mentioned it to the front desk they didn't seem to care or do anything to fix it.

Clean, nice comfortable room. was an overnight stay, the lady Luck check in was closed so seems like we walked a long ways to get checked in being an elderly lady it was quiet the walk. then checked in had to walk all the way back to our room.
