Great hotel but lacking in room service. My wife and I went up to Blackhawk for a get away for her and I to spend some quality time together and have a little fun. The Lady Luck was a great choice, the room was perfect, we were at the end of the hall and it was quiet. The Lady that checked us in told us we would really like the room and that we had an extra window because it was at the end of the hallway which was really nice during the day because of the extra sunlight. Lady Luck Fun Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was excellent, freshly remodeled, beautiful and spacious. Very quiet, comfortable, and clean.

Every thing was good except the bed was to hard and there wasn't any counter space in the bath room.

Great location. Black hawk is such a cute little town! The room was nice and updated the only issue i had was the sheets were rough and when someone moved at night it was so loud. But other than that it was a pleasant stay!

We've recently increased our front desk staffing levels after the COVID pandemic depleted this department.
