We booked for Lady Luck. I called a weeknn BCH in advance to tell them we wimpier be later arrive. We didn’t get the location or room we paid for. Hotels has lots of limits due to COVID but they are trying! The shower in our bathroom was a terrible rain shower head with no pressure.

The AC did not work there was only one little trashcan in the bathroom nowhere else in the room there was only half a roll of toilet paper and I couldn’t find nobody to get more toilet paper once we run out or Kleenex The ice machine did not work on the floor

loud Lady Luck It was clean and staff very nice. Rooms are VERY loud. You can hear neighbor sneezing and using the rest room. You can hear toilets flush around you.
