Was annoyed at check in but the room was nice. To be able to check in at the hotel. I hate having to check in at the next door hotel. I also don’t understand why it takes until at least 2 to check into my room.

It was good but could have been better if treated nicely in the beginning. But other than that it w Hotel check in person could of been friendly and welcoming. And TV remote could of worked. I was charged additional 50 dollars for something the check in clerk advised me of then mumbled something and said I would get it back. I didn’t have breakfast but the other meals were good. Front desk check in clerk was not friendly or personable at all. He should not welcome new guests.

Enjoyed the upgraded room but was very disappointed with how many things were broken A lot of items were broken in our room. The iron board was broken and unusable. The lamp shade between the beds was all damaged and torn. Waiting on an elevator was annoying. It seemed like only 2 of the 4 elevators were working. Ice machine was out of order and had to go to different floor to get ice.
