Room was clean and nicely decorated. Kiosk for check in was confusing and had to walk through the Horseshoe Casino to check in. There was only one option for breakfast on Wednesday morning. Absolutely the worst breakfast ever. Burnt bacon, over easy eggs well done, cold potatoes and toast. Showed eggs and toast where the butter wouldn’t melt to the manager as he was walking by. Great price, great stay! The place was in a little rough shape but we were there for a place to sleep. We had fun at the casino for a few hours. It was a little noic=sy through the night but it is a casino! We would recommend for the price and convenience.

There was never a front desk person to check us in it was all done by a kiosk. Also our room was ready before four what an extra $10 was going to be charged if you checked in before four. Not Very nice during the middle of the week with nobody and I mean nobody was there

Great except for checkin and checkout Everything was great except check-in and check-out. The check-in desk was unstaffed and directed you to two kiosks. One was frozen and there was a line behind the other as people tried to navigate the machine. At checkout it was even worse. Neither machine was responsive. I texted the digital concierge and it told me to text it SKIPTHELINE but when I did it gave no response. Totally unfriendly process.
