C. J. handled my search for the right car for my needs in a thoroughly professional manner from the initial phone call in response to my email to the final touches before I was handed the keys to my vehicle. The service I received from him just reinforced my conviction that Landmark Ford is an excellent dealership with which to work, and I am very pleased to know that C.J. will be available should I have any questions regarding my purchase.

Had my 2009 Ford F250 Diesel in for service today..We are from Ca.. Landmark Service Dept was Outstanding!...best.friendly.......helpfull...honest..knowlegable ...above and beyond any I have EVER been to. I was so impressed that... I was pleased with the customer service attitude of Landmark Ford. My first impression was via CJ McNulty and he did an excellent job of providing all the information needed to make the purchase of 2013 Ford Escape. CJ was very knowledgeable and a pleasant surprise from my previous experiences with car sales people. Also, he guided us through the complete process from start to finish. CJ McNulty gave me an honest quote on the internet for the 2013 Ford Escape that I wanted. He didn't try to make me pay more than I should for the vehicle by giving me the "we're only making $300 on this vehicle" excuses - or doing me the "favor" of not charging the dealer mark-up! When I got there the vehicle was exactly what I expected and the deal was completed quickly. And they stayed late to allow me to come from 100+ mile away on a Sunday night. Awesome Experience LANDMARK FORD!

After 2 solid days of new car shopping and visits to 5 other dealerships -- not to mention a lot of anxiety! -- I arrived at Landmark Ford on Day 3 of my car shopping marathon.
