My loved one has only been at Landon Ridge at Kingwood for a short while, but we've had a good experience thus far. The facility has provided the care needed.
We have been very pleased with Landon Ridge and they have all of the services and amenities we were wanting for our loved one. All of the staff members are very nice and right when you walk into the cafeteria area its very bright with big windows and everyone is just engaged with one another. We like how they have a doctor on sight and the residents are able to get their medication delivered to them. We would recommend Landon Ridge to other families based on our experience.
They are super friendly and easy to work with. The activities directors are great at what they do. Overall it has been a good experience and would recommend Landon Ridge at Kingwood to others.
That my in-laws are happy and the staff is really nice
So far we've been very happy with Landon Ridge. The facility is very clean. The staff have all been wonderful and very courteous. They keep us well informed. Anytime there's an issue, they contact me. The cost is very competitive for the service that we're getting. We've had no problems whatsoever. And it has been a much better experience than we had a previous place.
They work with you and they're caring. Their way of doing things really helps you out. I like the way they're there all the time, you can call them anytime and they will respond anytime you call or need to talk. They make sure to give him his medicine(s) and they make sure everything is exactly how you want it. Some of their activities include playing Dominoes and field trips if they're planned. It's a great place. However, you have to stay on top on things. Their paperwork is not that great. They went a transitional period and seemed to drop the ball. They are slowly making up for that. The staff is really nice, easy going. The staff seem to make it better. They know what they are doing.
I loved Landon Ridge, this was actually my first choice. But the lady we were working with would not respond to any of my calls or texts so we had to go with another facility. She called after we had already gotten mom all settled in her new facility.
The friendliness of the staff members really stood out to us in the beginning. Our loved one does have the smallest apartment but it is well appointed.
