My parents live here and things are going pretty well. There are some things they could improve.They don't seem to follow-up through when they say they are going to do something. For example, we asked for keys to be made for their room and they still haven't done that. They could use more staff on the weekends. Sometimes we show up to take them out for lunch and they still haven't had showers or gotten ready for the day. Mom enjoys participating in some of the activities they offer. The staff are good at encouraging her to participate. They seem to genuinely care about the residents. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. She likes the food a lot. The community is well designed and attractive. Most of the residents seem content living here. I would recommend this community without hesitation.

The facility was beautiful and well designed. Our Mother did not get to stay long but every amenity she needed was given to her and the family. Staff was exceptional and so compassionate from our initial meeting with [Removed], our contract signing with [Removed], the many conversations with [Removed], sweet concern for all our questions by [Removed], and the loving care shown by [Removed] and [Removed] and the Hospice personnel. After reviewing this and other facilities, I elected to move my Mother to the Isle at Kingwood. Though the facility is attractive, clean, and relatively new, the attitude of the staff and residents was the primary consideration in my choice. She has been there about two weeks and has adapted quickly and is enjoying every aspect of the facility.

Isle of Kingwood was the last place my sister and I visited but it was our first choice for our mom. The staff was so kind and sweet and caring. The building is very warm and homey. It is decorated for the seasons and always clean. We are close by to assist with any tweaks in her care but are confident that if we are gone for any length of time she couldn't be better cared for.

The Isle at Kingwood has been great. My loved ones are very happy. The staff is wonderful, the director even gave us his personal cell and told us if we needed anything we could call or text him at any time. The place is always kept very clean, it has a fancy hotel feel to it. It always smells clean when we visit.

I am happy with the care they provide. I ate a meal with my mom and I thought it tasted really good. The meat was tasty and flavored well. My mom has made a few new friends and they offer activities. The community is clean and fabulous. The have friendly people and they also have staff available for on-call assistance. I highly recommend them.

Activities in the community are wonderful. They have so many to choose from such as memory games, trivia and outdoor. The staff has great communication with me. They are also very nice and attentive. I feel that my mother is in a safe place and also that she is receiving the proper care she needs.

This could not have been a better place for my grandpa to be before he passed away. The staff were so kind and caring. The community was clean. The food was good and I have no complaints about his community. I would recommend this community to family and friends.
