My mother in law is a current resident of isle at Kingwood and the experience we've had as a family has been absolutely amazing. From the moment we entered the place we knew it was the right place for Mom. The staff are all very nice and welcoming and Mom seems to be very comfortable there. She really loves the food and prior to having a blood clot she was participating in the "Sit and Fit" classes. This has been a great experience and it is very comforting knowing she is in good hands.
Great AL option in local community. Have worked with Executive Director and many of the aides and nurses previously. Great team, nice facility & grounds and good food!

The staff and management are most helpful and the staff well trained. The caregivers are very loving, kind and are great at job. The meals are very tasty and always lots to eat. The residents are friendly and make good neighbors. A great place to call home. Lots of activities.
I have been exposed to the service provided by this industry when my mother-in-law and my wife were residents of such facilities. I am well pleased with the Isle and would recommend to any person(s) looking for such services.
We toured, and attended a short seminar, at this community, and I will say I was very impressed by what I saw here! The woman who gave the seminar, Polly, was very informative and had a lot of useful information to present. What I saw of the facility on the tour was also very nice looking, I've seen a few others in the area and this place really stood out! Overall they just seemed very friendly and well organized, and I would recommend them as being worth a look!
Polly has done a really good job. This is a really nice place. I am really happy with them. I really appreciate her. It's nice and clean and neat. They are very patient with the residents, during this difficult time in their lives. Polly has a very good personality and is a great asset to the company
I have been pretty pleased. They are in the process of trying to sort out the laundry issues. I would like to see more people, sometimes you have to look for someone, they can be a little short staffed. I see entertainment come in for assisted living, but I'm not sure how that is going on the memory care side. I think there is more entertainment and activity on the assisted side. I am very pleased with everything here at Isle of Kingwood. The help is good and responsive. The people in charge are friendly and helpful. They have bible study, and bingo and sit and be fit five days a week, and so much more. It works out very well. I don't always eat the menu, I don't always like the food options for that day, but I order what I want and they give it to me. They do my laundry and clean once a week. I would recommend it to anybody. I think they would be very happy here.
