Some staff members go above and beyond . They are truly experts and compassionate . Reggie was fantastic. The rehab and p t guys caring. However there are others that are just there. There was a young nurse who failed miserably tending to my father and witnessed her be condescending and sarcastic to my father. Then lied about an oxygen reading stating it was higher than it actually was. Best of luck to the patients.

Well first I would like to say I was surprised by how big this place way. A few of the employees wore mask so I thought they were sick but when I asked it was because they had not got the flu shot. That was another surprise to me, the fact they had to make sure all the points where covered. They have set smoking times which is wonderful, I was able to go out when noone was smoking and enjoy the weather. There are some employees I feel shouldn`t work there as I will not mention names. I just want to share how appreciative I am with everyone at las colinas. My aunt was just discharged from there. During her stay, the nurses and activities staff were so attentive. You can see that their compassion and professionalism extends beyond their patients. My self and other visitors for my aunt were always so welcomed. Her stay was about 6 weeks and during that time, we met some really amazing people who take pride into their work. Thank you to all of you at Las Colinas.

Both of my in laws were at Las Colinas first my mother in law from Sept till she passed in October and my father in law from October till Nov 9th. My mother in law was at Upland rehab before Las Colinas and there she was not taken care of she was treated horribly, she contacted c-diff there and was sent home with it. Such very good customer service when I called them to see if they took my insurance and about the services provided for patients. Not to mention the quick speed of all the paperwork cleared by the lady Suzzie in which I enjoyed this visit very much.

My mother in-law was here after suffering a stroke. Our family was really going through a tough time, as we've never gone through anything like this before. We wanted Mom to receive the best rehab and care possible so we toured a number of other facilities and the best by far was Las Colinas. My mother in-law has nothing but great things to say about the staff and the care provided. The staff in this facility was very kind and helpful. I want to thank Yolanda especially who helped me fix my grandmothers insurance and helped us understand everything we needed to know.

My mother in law has been here for a couple months now and will head home next week. She has gone from not speaking and unable to get out of bed to being able to get out and walk with a walker. From being on a feeding tube to eating her own meals. The nurses overall have been great, especially Vivian and Sarah! The CNAs are helpful and keep her clean and cared for, too many to name but Maggie is one of her favorites.
