This review is specifically for the home loan team at LBS Financial. I had an excellent experience with Josie Truong and the rest of the team in handling our refinance. Josie made herself available for any questions I may have had along the way, and also provided detailed information in preparing for the process. I would happily recommend them to any family, friends, or colleagues.

I love the LBS Financial Credit Union located on 183rd Street in Cerritos. They provide the best customer service over any other bank. They know your name and are always willing to go one extra step to make sure that you are a satisfied customer. I always look for Marc Wilkins as I enter the building because I know he will greet me with a smile! He is not the only great employee in the office, but definitely one of my favorites.

I have been a member for over 40 years and appreciate all the credit Union does for me. I have gotten loans and they respond so quickly and it is nice to have help when needed. The staff there are excellent and I love the way I been treated all these years. Always recommend others.

I have been doing my banking with LBSFCU -the name I know it as, for a very long time. I continue to tell my friends and customers how much more I like the credit union over a traditional bank. The customer service, correction: the personalized customer service is genuine. I have always felt they put the customers needs in first. Additionally, the follow thru is detailed and customized to whatever is needed to resolve any issue.
