they actually pick up the phone very nice credit union the very friendly very helpful. They just don't have Zelle Calling know it's a nice little Bank

First I received excellent customer service from Lupe Alvarado, who had to find archived documents. She called back within the hour to let me know she found them, and arranged for me to pick them up the next morning. Koumis Boosalis at the Los Altos branch was able to spend the time needed to find original loan documents from 2016. It took extra time and patience. Both Lupe and Kumis showed exceptional courtesy and professionalism, and both went the extra mile.

Christina was so helpful to me and knowledgeable. I came in on a Friday late in the day so she could have been hurrying me up but she didn't. I will visit this branch on Atlantic Blvd again. She was professional and kind and it was appreciated. Thank you so much!

I'm super satisfied with my credit union n done with big banks n hidden fees. They've never let me down nor made me wait.. I'm not to tech savvy but they've stepped up n shown me how easy the app really is.

I liked this location out of all the locations in Long Beach for the personable customer service team they provide at the desks! I went to all locations and by far this one goes above and beyond! There's 2 employees that showed me love when I was getting my insurance stuff together on my car! Other than that I wish the credit cards had cash back rewards! Otherwise I like the no fee banking!
