The most professional and kindest group of people one could ever hope to meet. I am greeted by name, with smiles and a handshake every time I go in. Nothing is too much trouble and everything I am fuzzy about (I'm just an English teacher) is cleared up and explained fully. Would that everywhere I go could be so nice. Trust me. THE BEST.

Purchased a brand new car through this branch and it was a flawless process. Nile was awesome to deal with help and Denise found me the exact car I was looking for at a cheaper price any local dealer was willing to give me. I definitely recommend this credit union to anyone!!

It is a bank... not much to review here lol. They do ok at bank type activities...no bad issues so far.
Thank you John for making my car buying experience and comfortable and easy process. I came in with a few questions you answered all necessary questions and then connected me AutoNation Direct which proceeded me to find met exact car and a amazing price. You got everything figured out and when I arrived at the bank today tall the paperwork was ready for me and my car was there waiting for me. I was in and out on a half hour with my new car that I love. Thank you again John!
After being tired of the big banks who do not care about me as a customer, I switched to the lbsfcu. Great service and go above and beyond to help their clientele. Keeping my money and investing in the local economy . Glad I did and am looking forward to a good banking relationship. Dump your bank and stay locally with your credit union.
Los Altos Branch wasn't listed on Yelp? How can this be? It is actually the one whispered about in lines at other LBS locations. The rumor is that they are polite, and speedy quick. Well they are, except when a tweeker chick is at a counter having a meltdown because she let her account zero out for quite some time and must have the five dollars she is sure is still in savings. I have been with this bank for 20+ years and their new fraud detection algorithm or third party vendor keeps locking my account without cause. . This has happened several times in crucial times. I've called to provide the feedback and nothing is done. This is disappointing because if they invested in good resources this would not occur. I work in the financial industry and know that they can do better for their customers.
