After being tired of the big banks who do not care about me as a customer, I switched to the lbsfcu. Great service and go above and beyond to help their clientele. Los Altos Branch wasn't listed on Yelp? How can this be? It is actually the one whispered about in lines at other LBS locations. The rumor is that they are polite, and speedy quick. Well they are, except when a tweeker chick is at a counter having a meltdown because she let her account zero out for quite some time and must have the five dollars she is sure is still in savings.
