Why is it soooo hard to make a payment over the phone!!! I'm so over it get a new recording that can understand you I was on the phone for 20 min yesterday on the automotive service it could not take my payment over and over and over wow really this is rediculous bad service if they take it with a teller it's a 10 dollar charge go to chase or boa it's free

Phuc van is an exceptional delight to have handle my account for a while now. He was always polite in helping resolve any account issue. The people are inconsiderate from the Manager to the security guard. I left my atm card and went back after 5 minutes , a lady handed my card to the security guard around 830 in the morning Saturday, October 5th, a lady outside mentioned that our card was given to the guard. Got approved for a used vehicle loan for the blue book value amount of 18,200. I sat on it and the loan approval expired a few days ago which is was fine because I knew I'd get approved again. Not to waste time I had the seller drive down from Chatsworth to get it all done and finalized at once. Well now they say the blue book value is $14,000. Same vin, I put 2000 miles on the vehicle from the original approval. Kelley's blue book even shows $18500. How are you going to approve for $18000 then 60 days later only do $14,000... read more

This branch of LBFCU is the worst branch in the system. I'm tired of these guys putting down their atm at just the time that everybody is getting off work. Seems like 4:00 to 5:00 is their preferred time to cause grief ! Then the Inside is teaming with people because of this Problem. I end up going to the lakewood branch and of course no problem, atm is working and enough people inside to staff the teller windows. Try to learn from your lakewood branch,It's getting old!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Frank, we are so sorry our ATM was down at our Los Altos branch this past Friday night. The ATM was having connection issues with the network, but we were able to bring it back up. It was terribly inconvenient, especially on a Friday. We will look into the service issues with this ATM and see what further action is needed to ensure the service is consistent. I've been a member of this FI for nearly 40 years and am pretty much sick and tired of every time I decide to take some time off from work, I have to burn a day getting my account straightened out because LBSFCU has decided to turn off my Visa debit card due to suspected fraud. I don't have this problem with any of my other FI's so I guess I will just take my business elsewhere. LBSFCU, you are not managing your risk effectively. Good riddance.

Our Executive Vice President left you a message last week regarding your situation. We expedited your card reorder this week and are awaiting your call back to coordinate pick up or shipment of the card. Unfortunately, when a card is compromised due to fraud on the account, we do have to turn off a card and reissue a new one for the protection of your account. Thank you for the feedback.
This bank loves to hold checks for as long as they can. You call then they tell you the money will be available on a certain day, you try and take money out and it's not available. It's very embarrassing.

It's been nearly 6 months since I last tried to use the ATM here, and even though David S. from LBSFCU said that my review would be sent off and the problem would not happen again... I STILL CANNOT DEPOSIT MY PAYCHECK IN TO THE ATM. Oh, it gets better though. My wife tried to deposit cash in to the ATM -and it wouldn't take it. CASH. So the Automated Teller Machine will not allow deposits of cash or checks.
