I've had LBSFCU for most of my life and have never had an issue with it. So I was saddened/disappointed by my recent experience. Sunday, my card got stuck in the ATM machine. I understand, machines fail all the time, the world is an imperfect place. So, I called and had them put a hold on my account. I was told yesterday that I could go pick up my card from the location. Lbs...archaic, what era are you in, can you get to the 21st century bank! I've never had much success with them making a payment on my motorcycle loan. Having said that I'm always late, but hey they make the extra money on the late fee and a 7.00 processing fee for over the phone bill pay. So I recently downloaded their app, woohoo they have an app. It's ok, nothing to get excited about. Cause I can't use it! No tab to put in my payment info. My mother still goes here. I requested a history of her bank statements because she accidentally shredded her past statements. They charge $2 per page!! If I got an online account for here it would be free of charge and we can print whatever we want. I requested for just the deposits for the past 3 months and the teller stated they could only go back 9 days. I'm sorry but my mother is not computer savvy. The worst service ever! I've never been so disrespected buy a bank on numerous visits. They still cant explain why I need to go thru 3 steps to cash a check. Verification, phone calls and all. They just lost the refinance on our home. Changing banks asap!
