Yesterday at approximately 4:30p I came in and had some money my son had to deposit. I ended up depositing about $800 in 1,5,10,20's . Well let me tell you guys my clerk was "Jasmine " She was super friendly and not once got frustrated On the line build up or her having to count and ensure the snout was correct she was counting . I've been banking with LBS since they were Long Beach Schools, back when I was in high school. Through the decades of banking here, they have seen me through my first student credit card, writing my first checks, through college financing, and even got my first mortgage pre-approval. Never a long wait here and tellers have been very courteous and pleasant.

I have to say that I am genuinely impressed by the level of customer service I received at this branch. Grace Lagarde is an exceptional employee with absolutely great customer service. I have a new car loan with this bank and this was the first time I had ever been to this branch. Grace went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and even helped retrieve information and documentation I requested pertaining to my loan that was not easy to find. I've been a LBSFCU member for over 25 years, & the Los Altos branch is my favorite out of all the branches. Branch Mgr Frank Olgaz is the Best! He Always Professional & available to help with my transactions/CD's in person, by email or phone. He knows how to give the VIP treatment. LBS Financial Mortgage Lending is a first class operation. Friendly, professional with a keen eye for detail. Experience counts! This is what they do. Thank you Josie Truong and Oscar Martinez for prompt follow through on each step even on Friday and Saturday of the July 4th weekend. I have relied on LBSFCU for all of my banking needs since 1974.
Having been a customer for over 3 decades, I can recommend this bank with no hesitations. Bobby Malhotra works to make sure my account issues are resolved and that I get the exact help necessary and all questions answered! The tellers are always helpful and patient. The friendly service and greetings throughout the office make a welcoming atmosphere.

The service and people who work at this branch are the best. I've been a member for 40+ years. I've always been treated with respect and have been able to get any questions I have answered immediately. I receive free notary service, cashier's checks and more with my account. The new online web app is great. We pay all of our bills through the app. Reoccurring payments and transfers from one account to another are seamless.
