I've been a LBSFCU member for over 25 years, & the Los Altos branch is my favorite out of all the branches. Branch Mgr Frank Olgaz is the Best! He Always Professional & available to help with my transactions/CD's in person, by email or phone. He knows how to give the VIP treatment. Since the branch opened Frank has earned our Trust & business thru the years. We are so comfortable with Frank that WE ended up closing accounts with local banks & brought these funds to the CU. LBS Financial Mortgage Lending is a first class operation. Friendly, professional with a keen eye for detail. Experience counts! This is what they do. Thank you Josie Truong and Oscar Martinez for prompt follow through on each step even on Friday and Saturday of the July 4th weekend. I have relied on LBSFCU for all of my banking needs since 1974.
Having been a customer for over 3 decades, I can recommend this bank with no hesitations. Bobby Malhotra works to make sure my account issues are resolved and that I get the exact help necessary and all questions answered! The tellers are always helpful and patient. The friendly service and greetings throughout the office make a welcoming atmosphere.

The service and people who work at this branch are the best. I've been a member for 40+ years. I've always been treated with respect and have been able to get any questions I have answered immediately. I receive free notary service, cashier's checks and more with my account. The new online web app is great. We pay all of our bills through the app. Reoccurring payments and transfers from one account to another are seamless. It's been nearly 12 yrs since I bank with them. I had a 17% car loan interest rate and brought it over to LBS and they dropped it down to 4% then additional .25% with auto payment. My car jumped from 17% to 3.75%!!! Thanks to Dewin who is no longer working with them. So far I have gotten good experience with them. On my birthday twice my account was frozen due to some fraud and it took a few days to get it back but I got it back. I've been a member for 20+ years. I moved to Texas 15 years ago and there's clearly no local office here, but I'd never think of leaving the credit union. They are upright and do the right thing. I've never had a dispute with them or their practices.

I've been a member since 1986 and I opened a savings account for all three of my children and as adults they have their own account with LBSFCU. We have bought our cars through them, took out personal loans, and home loans. We've encouraged other family members and friends to join the credit union and they have. This last summer my card was compromised and LBSFCU put my card on hold to verify any purchases I may have made. I've never had a bad experience here. I use the branch on 10th Street in Long Beach - but because I live in San Pedro I do most of my banking either on-line or by phone. Every single time I've needed anything, literally anything, they've bent over backwards to help me. I'd much rather use a credit union than a chain bank like Bank of America or Wells Fargo.
