First time at this branch, Staff is friendly as well as helpful. Branch is well kept, & welcoming.
It's convenient and close to a lot of businesses but parking is very bad. I waited 2 minutes or more at the stop sign just to find parking. Lady behind me got impatient and decided to go around which causes more congestion in the drive way because of the opposing traffic. What a mess!!! Must be my bad luck day. But I'm grateful to say, I was in and out at no time soon as I found parking. Happy banking!!

I have been a member since (I think) 1996. Recently I inquired about a home mortgage and had the best experience with the whole team there! It took about 8 months to find a home because the market is so crazy. However, each time I reached out, Josie Truong was always encouraging and so great answering all of my questions. She quickly set up the login for me to upload all the necessary documents and put together my pre approval letter so I had everything ready to go. Just got my auto loan here today with Grace. Wow! What an amazing experience. You can tell people here really love what they do, and enjoy their work. At the end of the application process, I felt like I've already known Grace for a long time. The rate I got here was also much better compared to the other places. Also big thanks to Koumis for going out of his way to help with my application process. Overall, my experience here today was great and Grace & Koumis made me feel special.
This branch is always great! No long waits, friendly people. They go above and beyond! I went in to cash a check and it was about a week before my birthday. The teller acknowledged that and I joked that I was 29 but with 20 years experience being 29. About a week later, I got a birthday card that said "happy "29" birthday" from the teller! Very sweet and great customer service.
