Our 2nd car loan through LBSFCU. They make the process easy, with great rates. We worked with Grace and Donis and received excellent customer service, quick responses, and timely updates. We appreciate them and will definitely be back in the future.

I liked this location out of all the locations in Long Beach for the personable customer service team they provide at the desks! I went to all locations and by far this one goes above and beyond! There's 2 employees that showed me love when I was getting my insurance stuff together on my car! Other than that I wish the credit cards had cash back rewards! Otherwise I like the no fee banking!

It's convenient and close to a lot of businesses but parking is very bad. I waited 2 minutes or more at the stop sign just to find parking. Lady behind me got impatient and decided to go around which causes more congestion in the drive way because of the opposing traffic. What a mess!!! Must be my bad luck day. But I'm grateful to say, I was in and out at no time soon as I found parking. Happy banking!!

I have been a member since (I think) 1996. Recently I inquired about a home mortgage and had the best experience with the whole team there!
