My oil furnace broke at end of September, 2019. Leffler had been providing my oil fuel as well as maintenance on the furnace, with exceptional customer service. I decided to convert to gas only because my daughter has a reaction to oil heat (we had gas at previous home). I figured it was the time to do it. Since Leffler has provided unmatched services, I decided to contract with them to replace my furnace. I am very glad I did. From the salesperson Bill, to the installation crew: Mike, Steve, Mike and Rob, they did an outstanding job! Out of the whole stressful process of conversion, no heat when it got very cold very fast, and the hassle caused by the gas company, Leffler's part was the best and the easiest. They made the process smooth while remaining professional, courteous and efficient. THANK YOU Leffler!!!! I plan on purchasing a maintenance plan for my gas furnace from you. Wayne, the tech that came the other day was the far most best tech yet. He was very, very polite and professional. He explained everything in detail, solved our problem with the heater and I ask him a few questions. He had no problem answering them and explaining it to me. I really think he is a great asset to Leffler Energy and would really like to have him each time.
