Delivery has always been on time.
Fine. I have a service contract with this company, so if we ever have an emergency, they are for us 24/7. The annual service covers cleaning and replacement of various parts if they break. When we were young, my husband did maintenance on our old furnace, but as we got older that became too much for him. This is a much better way to handle things. They did a very good job. We have never had a issue with them not coming when they said they would.
