Listened well and trusted my words instead of demanding all of the money. Being on a fixed monthly income makes it difficult to send extra money for payments in a huge lump sum.

I had oil leaking from the igniter for at least 8 days - kept calling - they kept escalating the problem. I refused to get back on their expensive Cap plan and then they delivered oil 2 days after they cancelled my maintenance plan( with 7 paid months remaining.Horrible customer service.

Sandra assisted with a schedule. She did a fantastic job explaining options sent follow up letter and is very personable and cares about customers. She is an asset to the company.

I am not a person who gives bad reviews, but it’s warranted in my experience with this company. In a matter of 4 months I have spent over $4,000 to have oil delivery service with Leffler Energy and STILL my family has spent several nights without heat through the winter. They have charged me in every possible way that they can and are now charging me an additional $300 to cancel my service. I can’t even bring myself to pay this because it sickens me to give them another cent of my hard earned money. I am also now stuck with ... read more

oil2 .00 more per gallon than competors will be changing dealership frst repairman not qualified but second one a senior tech was

Service is great but the price I am paying per gallon for oil is at least $1.00 more per gallon. I would like to know why your price is so much more than other companies.

Al, the technician was top notch. Unfortunately customer service representatives were terrible. I’m not sure if customer service at Leffler actually work for Leffler. One woman claimed to be working for 22 years at Leffler. Later this was found out to be a lie. The dispatcher was a liar too. He claimed that my 8:00am appointment needed to be moved to 1:00-4:00. When I called customer “service” at 4:00 the dispatcher said the tech would arrive at 6:00. The tech arrived at 6:30pm. Leffler will not be my oil supplier next seaso... read more
