I had a central air conditioning unit was installed yesterday. The technicians were efficient and friendly. They cleaned all trash and took the old unit away. Job well done! Thank you!

So much for being a loyal customer. Been with them since 1997 ( they weren't leffler then) they were going to start charging a $100 a year flat fee Whether you got a $100 worth of fuel or not and We do not use a $100 worth a year So decided to cancel services. We Had just had the tank filled, so it was full But said I would be refunded for what was in my tank but Several days later, I get a bill for $85 for a pickup fee for the tanks. The sales man that came to my home Dale was checking my credit report without my knowledge. It was a cash deal. I gave him a check. The balance was due after installation. He calls me and says he can’t find any information on me. I cancel my business with Leffler. I have been doing business for the past 10 years, and I will never do business with them again. I don’t know why he was doing a credit check. Are we supposed to be cash? perhaps because I’m a woman and Latin American.

A few months ago I left a pretty nasty review about Leffler energy and my experience with trying to become a new customer. Despite all that I ended up going with them anyway and I'm glad I did. I have not had any problems with them except for that one time and that was nothing more than a miscommunication. I have never had to use fuel as a heating source before so Leffler is the first company I've had to deal with. Update, 01/14/2024: They called today. They asked again if I was out of oil. Once again I told them yes. I was informed by the customer rep I spoke to that they would look into having oil sent out but it wouldn’t be until tomorrow. Which I was told I would have a full oil delivery by yesterday at the latest. What was the point of even calling me?
