Your rep, Dale Skaggs, was on time, using all measures to protect us during this COVID 19 period; he wasted no time inspecting our oil tank, surrounding area, and thoroughly explaining a plan for us to proceed as we realized the need for a replacement due to the recommendation of your last furnace inspector, who showed us some warning signs of wear. We are thoroughly pleased to date and do not hesitate to recommend you as an excellent all around energy service provider.

Customer service was very nice on the phone. They called to tell me when the technician was on the way. The technician was very nice, plus very professional and efficient. They got my furnace going that afternoon after I called in the problem in the morning. Excellent service and no complaints!

I am under contract and when I called in the morning that there was an issue with my furnace they were going to have someone come that morning. I had to request that the service person come in the afternoon. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. My issue was fixed in an hour. Great Service!
Two techs worked on the furnace this time they both were informative, polite and professional. First service tech did a quick check over and ordered the part believed to have failed. Second tech Allen installed the part and discovered it was the circulator pump that was causing the breaker to trip. He replaced this part and repaired a few leaks in the furnace plumbing. Robert was on time and advised me of the situation he found..it appeared that someone may have poured water into oil fill line and it caused furnace to malfunction. He made a call to confer with his supervisor and it was suggested I contact the police to report this. He also waited here to explain it to the officer. I was impressed with him taking this extra time. Leffler will be correcting the problem early this week. Leffler is the best. Karen D
