Thanks so much to "Allen". He was so understanding to my needs. My son just got home from a week in the hospital concerning a lung issue and "air conditioning" was a necessary need. Allen show his compassion for our immediate needs and went above and beyond his duties to find the problem of the leaking of the water from the air conditioning unit.
