Thanks so much to "Allen". He was so understanding to my needs. My son just got home from a week in the hospital concerning a lung issue and "air conditioning" was a necessary need. Allen show his compassion for our immediate needs and went above and beyond his duties to find the problem of the leaking of the water from the air conditioning unit. I have been with Leffler for 18 years. I am on a budget plan and automatic delivery which requires a fill up when delivered. They let me pay what I can afford although my budget is more when calculated. I do get an overage at the end of my budget year in June. I have it paid off by August and they never hassle me although its generally due in full in June. Today, I had to call to get a an acception for a lesser amount put in my tank, I have 1/4 left . They are doing 100 gallons for me to help me keep my cost down for my EOY ... read more
