My oil furnace broke at end of September, 2019. Leffler had been providing my oil fuel as well as maintenance on the furnace, with exceptional customer service. I decided to convert to gas only because my daughter has a reaction to oil heat (we had gas at previous home). I figured it was the time to do it. I appreciate your timely assistance, but yet frustrated that your company had to come out 3 times within a week.
Wayne, the tech that came the other day was the far most best tech yet. He was very, very polite and professional. He explained everything in detail, solved our problem with the heater and I ask him a few questions. He had no problem answering them and explaining it to me. I really think he is a great asset to Leffler Energy and would really like to have him each time.

Our furnace heater/air conditioner wasn't kicking on. We called Leffler Friday night and the repair man came out that night. He replaced a part and now it's working again. Very quick response and very courteous when he came. He explained the problem and fixed it. With our coverage plan, there was no charge.
