Robert was on time and advised me of the situation he found..it appeared that someone may have poured water into oil fill line and it caused furnace to malfunction. He made a call to confer with his supervisor and it was suggested I contact the police to report this. He also waited here to explain it to the officer. I was impressed with him taking this extra time. Leffler will be correcting the problem early this week. Leffler is the best. Karen D
