I purchased furniture from Levin’s in September 2020. Asked the salesperson 5+ times if my old furniture would be hauled away. He assured me it would. Furniture was estimated to be delivered end of October 2020. October 30th I called to confirm. Told it would be end of November. End of November came I called and was told it would be early January. Like others here, I wish I could give them 0 stars, especially the Salesperson, Gordon. We order a sofa and reclining chair back in mid-Nov. We were told delivery would be mid Feb. Needless to say, mid-Feb comes around, they send us an email saying there's been a delay, will not be delivered til mid-March. Mid-March rolls around, no delivery. I call again and tell them if it is delayed one more time, I am canceling the order. Do you think we would get a call or email or anything from Levin end of March with any update? Nope.... read more

The customer was contacted on February 11th by the sales associate Gordon on the status of her purchase. On that phone call he explained that the eta had been reset to late March. The customer said if it gets pushed back one more time she would cancel the order. Store management will be reaching out to the customer to follow up. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The delivery ruined my flooring I had just put down. The bed is too hard and they wont work with me at all. My sister went to Mattress Firm and they were great. They offer a comfort guarantee and THEY ARE MUCH CHEAPER FOR THE SAME QUALITY. I should have gone there. Don't make the same mistake I did!
Is it possible to leave 0 stars?! We purchased our leather furniture from Levin 3 years ago. As of today, all of our leather is peeling and the furniture looks like we grabbed it from a dumpster. We purchased their "amazing" warranty that covers absolutely nothing. I have been in contact with multiple people at Levin and all refuse to help me because it is considered "normal wear and tear." I bought a couch from this unethical company less than a year and a half ago and it is already falling apart. They refuse to even consider giving me even a partial refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE! They are crooks that sell crap.

Customer contacted us with a repair concern. The warranty period for any merchandise purchased under normal conditions is one year. Although the warranty period is over, we offered a courtesy inspection and quote on repair. Customer refused, she just wanted a refund. We are willing to help customer with a courtesy inspection and quote on repair.
If you are considering purchasing a mattress here, DON’T. Buy straight from retailers for better quality and free/ guaranteed returns.

Levin Furniture allows for one exchange (with fees) for Comfort (no defects). This consumer exercised that exchange and paid the return charge. The manufacturer of the item purchased does not sell directly to consumers and does not accept returns without going through the retailer.
???? We ordered our sectional from Levin on 11/21/20. The saleswoman told us delivery wouldn't be until February, which we were fine with. We were happy to learn that it was going to be delivered last Friday. Until we saw the furniture...which was completely two different colored pieces. They are awful. Buyer beware. I have a mattress that’s only 3 years old and it’s sagging beyond belief. My receipt says 20 year limited warranty. No where does it say the warranty is with White Dove Mattress company. Who are they?? Tried reaching them and they are unresponsive. Levin wiped their hands of it. Sad I know they are trying to come back from their bankruptcy but this is the kind of thing that will make it difficult.

All mattress warranties at Levin Furniture are through the individual manufacturers. Some ask Levin to facilitate honoring the warranty. Some prefer to do it themselves. White Dove requires that the customer go through them for warranty issues. Based on this consumer's comments, we reach out to White Dove and asked them to contact this customer as soon as possible.
Guess I should have looked at their rating before I purchased. I strongly recommend you don't spend your hard earned money at Levin. They do not stand behind their furniture. Their warranty is useless, and they do not care if you are happy or not!
