Awful experience. I spent close to $9,000 on furniture. Received some pieces on time. I knew shipping was delayed due to Covid so I was patient. Every time I called to confirm a delivery date I was given for bed they would say another month. Really, its supposed to be delivered in two days and no one called to tell me its not coming again. This happened at least 5 times. After 5 months I cancelled bed and ordered one in stock and tried to match it as best as possible to dressers. Bed arrived and footboard damaged. We purchased a sofa and chair on October 15. They were delivered six weeks later. The sofa fabric was damaged. They said they were ordering a part. I called every week to find out where the "part" was. Finally They said it was shipped on December 23. They say they still don't have it. I've asked several times for them to come and get it and return my money. They refused. To add insult to injury the motor on the chair stopped working on December 31!! I'd just like them to come get their furniture and give my $2500 back!! So u... read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I paid for a sofa and loveseat in full in cash in July for a new arrival set and that it would be delivered in October. Called a few times a week and every time I called it was pushed back longer and longer and I returned the chair for a refund with no hassle they sent my info to cooperate on that Friday and then Monday they would mail out my check and they did. I would have given a zero star.I ordered 3 piece living room set ..paid cash.signed agreement for delivery in 7 to 10 weeks...sales rep said it could take up to 20 weeks..(due to covid) 20 weeks went by I called talked to rep she said she never said that..I spoke with manager ****. Bought 2 leather couches and matching recliner in 2015. The sides on all are peeling horribly. Contacted them and they told us they would do nothing. Horrible quality, stay away from Levin at all costs.

My wife and I had furniture delivered from the company and did not know they use a third party to deliver it. Needless to say they broke a railing and hid it from us. Did not tell us it completely broke off and one of the movers concealed it. My blood was boiling when we discovered it. Called the company to report it and was told someone would call me back. Would rate as less than one star if possible. I purchased a recliner that broke almost immediately. There was an extremely thin board in the side of the chair that broke in half. Since it was a floor sample, I decided to give them another chance. I purchased an electric recycling sofa and recliner with 2 warranties (mechanical and fabric) in 2019. I bought a warranty on my reclining couch that I bought for on them. Less than 2 years later something broke on it. They sent a repairman who said the part wouldnt be available for 6-8 months due to Covid. 8 months later I still hadnt heard from them and bought a new couch. Buyer beware..
