???? We ordered our sectional from Levin on 11/21/20. The saleswoman told us delivery wouldn't be until February, which we were fine with. We were happy to learn that it was going to be delivered last Friday. Until we saw the furniture...which was completely two different colored pieces. They are awful. Buyer beware. I have a mattress that’s only 3 years old and it’s sagging beyond belief. My receipt says 20 year limited warranty. No where does it say the warranty is with White Dove Mattress company. Who are they?? Tried reaching them and they are unresponsive. Levin wiped their hands of it. Sad I know they are trying to come back from their bankruptcy but this is the kind of thing that will make it difficult.
Guess I should have looked at their rating before I purchased. I strongly recommend you don't spend your hard earned money at Levin. They do not stand behind their furniture. Their warranty is useless, and they do not care if you are happy or not!
If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered our furniture at the beginning of October. It was a reclining sectional and a table and chairs. We were told the table and chairs were an in stock item so it will be available and the couch was a special order and would be in by end of November. They called at the end of November stating they won't be in until early december. Then we got a call that the sofa was in exept for a few pieces, so we decided to wait until they all came in. Ordered furniture back in the summer and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered and it's almost Christmas. Everytime I call, the customer service people are very nice but I keep getting told it will be there within a certain time and it's not, so I call back and its been pushed back by another month. I realize we are in some crazy times but I wouldn't have even ordered furniture if I'd have known I was never going to get to use it. Very disappointed.
We loved our couch. We bought the extended warranty and were told it would cover issues with the fabric as well as the frame. Turns out frame issues arent covered and we were lied to.. We have only had the couch for a year and a half. Their should not be issues with the frame. But here we are. Thousands of dollars wasted. Levin's is a scam. They should provide good quality furniture and honor it when it doesn't hold up.
Avoid this furniture store. They DO NOT have their act together after all the issues they've been through. I was given a window for delivery and then was told half my couch would come a month later than expected and the other half a month later - and this is acceptable? I cancelled the order and had to call twice to receive a refund of my deposit - at that time was told it would be less the furniture spray I'd walked out of the store with. This review is a commentary of misinformation, inability to stand by a product, and the waste of money the Guardian Warranties is for their furniture. When checking out in purchasing $3000 in furniture, the sales person did the usual " you need the extended warranty" for your leather couch. After much back and forth, I decided based on what they were telling me (and putting in writing), that coverage would be worth it.
