My husband and I paid in full for a reclining chair with the protection plan in February. We were told pick up around March 16th. That day came and went and they are now in bankruptcy and I cannot get ahold of them. I dont know what to do. There is a form to fill out on their website for the bankruptcy but I dont know how to fill it out. This is not right and so many people are losing out on their hard earned money.

I purchased a reclining chair on February 13, 2020. I paid the $749 in full and now Levins is in bankruptcy. Unable to get in contact with the company. Have to file a complaint with the Attorney General and BBB. I believe the salesperson probably knew about this but did not say anything. When I called to check on order I was told the delivery date was May 15.. Now I can not get min touch with anyone. I, along with everyone else will lose the money.

I special ordered a sectional in January and told it would be about 12 weeks in the meantime I guess that Levins had financial problems they are now in bankruptcy court That’s all and well but spending the money I did and putting down $700 on a sectional I am now told they have no idea when I will get it The lady I talk to was rude told me she was there for 20 years and maybe I should read the story about the Levin family and somebody should’ve contacted me. We have had several problems with Levins quality. With electric foot rest not working right after delivery .... to the stitching coming out of 2 different couches with in a month of delivery. Now our 15 month old couch has a hole in the cushion in a spot were we normally don't sit. We paid to much for these couches for cheap quality.

I don't talk this way about businesses. But, I have to think that they train employees to lie to customers over the phone, to what they have on showroom floor, just to get them to the store, in Hope's of selling them something else. Two different locations did this to me. Canton and Fairlawn. After more than 2 or 3 calls, describing what I wanted, they assured me it was on display. In their showroom. On September 3rd I went in to purchase some furniture for an apartment I would be moving into on September 20th. I ended up finding a coffee table (floor model) and a reclincing couch. Tony helped me with my order and got everything setup for me. He held the cofee table until the 20th when I went in to pick it up, but the couch would be back ordered. Customer service is horrible, all the ladies working in the office are so incredibly rude and very disrespectful. Levin Furniture is very deceitful!

The staff at corporate head quarts is unfair and cancelled my 5 year contract based on there repair mans opinion. The repair guy (DAVE) did shabby work and claimed after owning the chair for only 3 weeks its normal wear.

After purchasing furniture just forget about and warranty service, its a joke.
