I bought a warranty on my reclining couch that I bought for on them. Less than 2 years later something broke on it. They sent a repairman who said the part wouldnt be available for 6-8 months due to Covid. 8 months later I still hadnt heard from them and bought a new couch. Buyer beware..

Bought a fairly large piece of furniture from Levin to house my television and other audio visual equipment. Waited two weeks for delivery. When the deliver truck pulled up, the driver came to my door and said the furniture was still in the box, there were no tools for assembly and the delivery people did not assemble furniture anyway. First time I ever received furniture from a supposed reputable furniture store that was not in one piece. Buyer beware!! They will give you a delivery datedont fall for it. It will be months maybe a year before you receive your furniture. I ordered a sectional in April of 2021 was assured a May delivery needless to say I still havent received it. They will communicate with you the first few months, then they kinda just forget about you. Youll have to keep calling inquiring about your furniture and you will get another false delivery date. Save yourself the aggravation! Shop elsewhere!

Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have been long time Levin customers, and even "had" a Levin credit card. Last two purchases are also our LAST two purchases. Like others, purchased a "leather" pit group with power recliners at each end. One side falling apart and has a funny angle to it now. AND the now fake "leather" is peeling. One of the worst furniture companies I have ever dealt with I ordered my furniture April 2021 today it was due to be delivered June 30, 2021 they said they called as in our phone was disconnected which is a lie they also said they had a glitch in the system and that our furniture cannot be delivered until July 9, 2021 they also said that their furniture is placed on the trucks a few days in advance so thats why they could not put us on a delivery for tomorrow we said you were a lie if that was the case or furniture would alr... read more

Ordered a sectional. The morning of delivery they canceled the order. I waited 4 weeks total and paid $200 for delivery. Had to add an extra week to have it delivered on a Saturday so I wouldn't miss work. Plus, I had to set aside my entire Saturday because they don't call until the day before to let you know what time they will b delivering. My choices were take it on Monday, in the middle of the afternoon or Tues thru Friday and they would again call the day b4 to let me know during what 3 hour period they would deliver. S... read more

I'll never shop at Levin's again. I bought a sofa in mid April I was told delivery would be by mid May but it did not happen. Then I went to the store again and changed the sofa and was told I'd get delivery by mid June. I'm still waiting. I called to find out when I could expect delivery and was told "not until July". They wouldn't even offer reduced price or reduced delivery fee. I had my old sofa removed for the new sofa I don't have. They're blaming slow delivery on covid-19 and the lack of wood. My wife purchased a sofa with a warranty at beginning of February 2021 from this place and they told me that it will be delivered to my home at the latest at the beginning of May but they haven't sent it although it has been 4 months since my purchase. When I called them, they said that it might be ready at beginning of August. So, they hope to deliver it later than 6 months (more than a half year) after the purchase date.
