I have ordered furniture from Levin several times in the past three years. Product is always packaged carefully and is available for pickup in a timely manner. I usually pick up my furniture from the warehouse in Smithton. The staff is always so pleasant, courteous and helpful. They have me in and out and enjoying my purchases in no time.

Just received my sectional from Levin and I totally love it. I did have an issue with the store but was able to resolve it to my complete satisfaction. The management team worked with me to get the desired delivery that I needed. I found that setting the right expectation level with good communication was key to being an extremely satisfied customer.
