I purchased a couch recently from Levin. The couch was delivered with imperfections in the fabric which were quite noticeable. I called the service **** and contacted my salesperson. I never heard from my salesperson. The service **** told me someone would have to come look at. The person who came out said the couch would be replaced. When I hadnt heard about the status of the delivery after 2 weeks for the new couch I was told that they would just be replacing the fabric since it was a special orde. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture. And just recently send my sister there. In one evening she literally bought $12,000 worth of furniture all from my request to shop the store. Unfortunately she was not aware of my disappointment at this establishment. My last purchase was spring of 2022. I bought a couch from salesperson ******************* (sp). In September of 2023 I purchased a couch, a chair in half and ottoman from Levin Furniture & Mattress -Middleburg Heights 16960 Sprague Road Cleveland, OH 44130. I also purchased the extended 5 year warranty. I am beyond disappointed in the Ashley furniture that was sold to me nine months ago. The fabric is fuzzy on all pieces which makes my off white furniture look dirty and old. Wow, what a pathetic company. I bought a couch for $997 they are only refunding me $687 after the return. Also, had to pay a restocking fee, which NO other furniture company charges for returns. I will NEVER order from these crooks again. How does this make sense!? Absolutely criminal. These people should be SUED! Levin, you better return MY money in full or youll be hearing from my legal counsel. Absolutely embarrassing.

We bought 2 Flexsteel recliners from Levin Furniture in *******, **. We also bought the extended warranty on both. The one recliner was always leaning to the right. The replaced the base and it was fine. Just last month it started leaning to the right again. The repair man said he was going to order a new seat for it. If I could give negative stars I would. Absolute worst customer service and handling of issues. Ordered a couch in November 2023 with a January 2024 delivery. First it got delayed with no follow ups from the store, then got delayed again and received it in March., only to be delivered broken. It’s not March 27 and we still don’t have a couch. They say it’s in repair shop, it’s been a month, with no discounts offered for their fault. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM! I will never give them business again.<br /> <br /> <br />
My wife and I bought a living room set with the 5 year warranty. After a couple years the finish started to flake off. We waited because this the room is primarily for the kids and we aren't in there very much. So we waited until right before the warranty was set to expire before starting the claim. The salesperson told us to lie if we file a warranty claim and say the damage was caused by a pet if anything happens. It also covers human and pet bodily fluids but does not cover pet damage. We require any damage to be reported within 5 days of the occurrence.
