Excellent experience from start to finish. My salesman, *****, was so helpful to find exactly what I was looking for and explaining everything. The young men who delivered my sofa were friendly and extremely careful getting it into the house. Will definitely shop there again!

Service was wonderful! The store salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable and did not pressure me at all! The guys that delivered my furniture were very pleasant, put my furniture together beautifully and took away all the trash! ****** doing business with Levin!

I am thoroughly pleased with my experience with Levin Furniture. Everything from the salesman who spent an hour with me while I made up mind, to the delivery guys who were very friendly and helpful, to the owner who discounted a floor model cocktail table due to minor insignificant damage. The next time I need any other furniture, Levin will be my first and probably my only stop.

The crew who delivered and set up my couch was amazing. Super friendly guys, they did quick and efficient work. There were a few spots on my couch, they called their cleaning people and set up someone to come out and clean the couch for me asap. Great 2 workers!

Got 2 recliners. The 2 gentleman that delivered were awesome. Efficient. Chairs were very nice. Very pleased. Prices were awesome too.

Needed arm repaired on my oversized chair . ***** came out today and was very courteous, knowledgeable, and experienced. He repaired the chair timely and it was nice chatting and getting to know his work experience with upholstering. He was very pleasant to work with. Thank you ***** for fixing my chair!!

The salesperson was very nice and helpful when we we buying a mattress .. However, when I said I needed a mattress protector, he grabbed one for $250, stating it was the best, so I purchased it. Its absolutely horrible. So slippery that the fitted sheet comes off every night. Levin had no interest in discussing or discounting another one, Just said it was non returnable which I understand. Poor customer service in my opinion.
