I purchased the fabric protection when I bought my furniture. Their website says how convenient it is to file a claim online, but magically, the portal said I didnt have any eligible pieces. Should have seen that as a red flag. Spoke with someone and got my claim filed. No one came out to look at or measure my rip, but yet somehow they measured it via pictures and said its greater than 6 and denied the claim

I purchased a beautiful wood dining room set from Levin in October. It has 4 chairs and an upholstered bench. Less than 30 days after I purchased the set, I noticed the main piece of wood on the frame of the bench was cracked completely through. No one had ever sat on this bench. If someone had, it would likely have broken clean in half and they would have ended up on the floor! I use to shop at Levin....the care and follow up is no longer at the Levin stores. Not sure who has to order a dresser and have it broken several time. Wasting so much time of the customer to wait again and again. Still waiting on the dresser to come in not broken....no salesperson can reorder correctly, they do not return your calls or e-mails but want you to refer others to the store. That will never happen with this poor poor service. Will be excepting my refund real soon.

Bought a sectional and the warranty which was said to cover against stains, punctures, rips and more. 3 year later the cushion is coming apart and our warranty claim was denied by Levins. Their furniture is junk and they do not stand behind their products or their warranties. I will never shop this garbage company ever again. Buyer beware.

Worst customer service ever. Our furniture was not what we expected and they did nothing to try and make it right. Now we are stuck with furniture we don’t like.

I purchased a couch recently from Levin. The couch was delivered with imperfections in the fabric which were quite noticeable. I called the service **** and contacted my salesperson. I never heard from my salesperson. The service **** told me someone would have to come look at. The person who came out said the couch would be replaced. When I hadnt heard about the status of the delivery after 2 weeks for the new couch I was told that they would just be replacing the fabric since it was a special orde. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture. And just recently send my sister there. In one evening she literally bought $12,000 worth of furniture all from my request to shop the store. Unfortunately she was not aware of my disappointment at this establishment. My last purchase was spring of 2022. I bought a couch from salesperson ******************* (sp).
