First and foremost, the repairman was absolutely wonderful! He arrived right on time, did his job and was on his way.However, he switched out the controller for the recliner with an older model 2024 versus 2023. On top of that, the very same issue, that is where the wiring goes into the controller is made of cheap plastic. Its going to have the same problems and issues that the original one had! I purchased in mid October many pieces from Levins in ********************* for my son's new home. The initial delivery was a disaster with the wrong bolts being supplied for a console table as well as a desk (which I don't even have the patience to discuss here). The console table bolts were inserted upside down and were hanging down from the top by 2 inches. In attempting to get the bolts to fit and not show, unnecessary holes were drilled. Horrible junk!! Falling apart at the seams and refused to fix it even with my warranty!!!!!!!!!! The couch is only 2 years old !!!!!! They need to be put out of bussiness!!!!

We paid for a couch in Oct and we are still waiting now being told sometime in Feb. the sent one that was the wrong color. They said they would expedite bit no such thing. They never called or explained what the problem was.

I purchased the fabric protection when I bought my furniture. Their website says how convenient it is to file a claim online, but magically, the portal said I didnt have any eligible pieces. Should have seen that as a red flag. Spoke with someone and got my claim filed. No one came out to look at or measure my rip, but yet somehow they measured it via pictures and said its greater than 6 and denied the claim

I purchased a beautiful wood dining room set from Levin in October. It has 4 chairs and an upholstered bench. Less than 30 days after I purchased the set, I noticed the main piece of wood on the frame of the bench was cracked completely through. No one had ever sat on this bench. If someone had, it would likely have broken clean in half and they would have ended up on the floor! I use to shop at Levin....the care and follow up is no longer at the Levin stores. Not sure who has to order a dresser and have it broken several time. Wasting so much time of the customer to wait again and again. Still waiting on the dresser to come in not broken....no salesperson can reorder correctly, they do not return your calls or e-mails but want you to refer others to the store. That will never happen with this poor poor service. Will be excepting my refund real soon.

Bought a sectional and the warranty which was said to cover against stains, punctures, rips and more. 3 year later the cushion is coming apart and our warranty claim was denied by Levins. Their furniture is junk and they do not stand behind their products or their warranties. I will never shop this garbage company ever again. Buyer beware.

Worst customer service ever. Our furniture was not what we expected and they did nothing to try and make it right. Now we are stuck with furniture we don’t like.
