I have ordered furniture from Levin several times in the past three years. Product is always packaged carefully and is available for pickup in a timely manner. I usually pick up my furniture from the warehouse in Smithton. The staff is always so pleasant, courteous and helpful. They have me in and out and enjoying my purchases in no time.
Love my Tempur-pedic mattress, Has really helped with my back and neck problems.
Great selection, including brands such as Flexsteel, LaZboy, Tempurpedic and more. Knowledgeable sales staff. Courteous delivery team. Good support after the sale. Wouldnt shop anywhere else.
I'd give this 5 stars but our couch has not been successfully delivered yet.This rating simply reflects my experience after the first attempt of our couches failed.*************************** in the the company's shipping department went above and beyond to help orchestrate a second delivery. Just received my sectional from Levin and I totally love it. I did have an issue with the store but was able to resolve it to my complete satisfaction. The management team worked with me to get the desired delivery that I needed. I found that setting the right expectation level with good communication was key to being an extremely satisfied customer. I am so disappointed. The couch and chair were delivered last November 2024. It was installed (feet put on bases of couch and chair) horribly. Nine months in, the cushions were flat when sat on (I was told by my trustworthy saleswoman ?? that the ******** will last as she has the same chair and its still firm after 7 years of having it). LIES! Thats not allthe arm of the couch snapped in half by just putting a minimal amount of pressure on it, the arm of the chair wobbled and was barely on. If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered a bed from Levin and the entire experience is horrific. First the delivery guys don't speak English, didn't read the work order and while I was on a work call completely dismantled my bed and mattress and began carrying it out to the truck. I explained to them the best I could which I do t believe should be my role. I ordered a dresser from Levin Furniture, and the entire delivery experience has been extremely ********************** attempt #1: The delivery was cancelled because the item was back-ordered, but nobody informed me.
