Just received my sectional from Levin and I totally love it. I did have an issue with the store but was able to resolve it to my complete satisfaction. The management team worked with me to get the desired delivery that I needed. I found that setting the right expectation level with good communication was key to being an extremely satisfied customer. I am so disappointed. The couch and chair were delivered last November 2024. It was installed (feet put on bases of couch and chair) horribly. Nine months in, the cushions were flat when sat on (I was told by my trustworthy saleswoman ?? that the ******** will last as she has the same chair and its still firm after 7 years of having it). LIES! Thats not allthe arm of the couch snapped in half by just putting a minimal amount of pressure on it, the arm of the chair wobbled and was barely on. If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered a bed from Levin and the entire experience is horrific. First the delivery guys don't speak English, didn't read the work order and while I was on a work call completely dismantled my bed and mattress and began carrying it out to the truck. I explained to them the best I could which I do t believe should be my role. I have been calling about the purchase of my furniture since Feb they refused to help me first they said the furniture is peeling so I was shaving it every day and now it’s falling apart and has holes I have had two tech came out the second tech said the whole thing needs replace cause it’s falling apart and can’t be fixed I have been fighting with levin furniture I’m still waiting from management even though the tech said it needs replace cause the material is defective . The furniture is under a year old

He was unable to even get into it and when I called the salesperson to ask about how to "RETURN" it, she told me I couldn't return it I had to wait until the 31st day and I could "EXCHANGE" the mattress for one of equal or higher value and the adjustable bed frame was "NON RETURNABLE"!! Sofa material was incorrect. Placed me on the end of list, no we have to wait 3 more months again for delivery !! You would Levin would put us @ head of list after their mistake ! Ridiculous!?!$#%&$ **** ********** *.

My elderly parents purchased at $1,500 mattress set and was gifted Bed bugs as well. **************** is Horrible and have informed them and myself that "They do NOTHING about bugs" They will replace the mattress only AFTER we pay for remediation AND they will charge us a delivery fee for the new mattress.
