If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered a bed from Levin and the entire experience is horrific. First the delivery guys don't speak English, didn't read the work order and while I was on a work call completely dismantled my bed and mattress and began carrying it out to the truck. I explained to them the best I could which I do t believe should be my role. Upon inspection of the work I had 2 hoes in a wall-a scratched up product and very disappointed as the driver wouldn't leave until I gave him 5 stars. To get ... read more

I ordered a dresser from Levin Furniture, and the entire delivery experience has been extremely ********************** attempt #1: The delivery was cancelled because the item was back-ordered, but nobody informed me. I have been calling about the purchase of my furniture since Feb they refused to help me first they said the furniture is peeling so I was shaving it every day and now it’s falling apart and has holes I have had two tech came out the second tech said the whole thing needs replace cause it’s falling apart and can’t be fixed I have been fighting with levin furniture I’m still waiting from management even though the tech said it needs replace cause the material is defective . The furniture is under a year old

I purchased an adjustable bed frame and mattress for my handicapped husband. I was told by the salesperson that I had 30 days to "RETURN" it if he couldn't use it. He was unable to even get into it and when I called the salesperson to ask about how to "RETURN" it, she told me I couldn't return it I had to wait until the 31st day and I could "EXCHANGE" the mattress for one of equal or higher value and the adjustable bed frame was "NON RETURNABLE"!! Had I been told about the 31st day and the "NON RETURNABLE" issues at the time... read more

Sofa material was incorrect. Placed me on the end of list, no we have to wait 3 more months again for delivery !! You would Levin would put us @ head of list after their mistake ! Ridiculous!?!$#%&$ **** ********** *.

My elderly parents purchased at $1,500 mattress set and was gifted Bed bugs as well. **************** is Horrible and have informed them and myself that "They do NOTHING about bugs" They will replace the mattress only AFTER we pay for remediation AND they will charge us a delivery fee for the new mattress.

I have purchased furniture through Levin for a long time. I always purchased insurance, it was through an external company back then and it was always great. They changed that having Levin review the claims. My watch got caught on my couch arm, ripped to seam. In the policy if the seam rips, by no cause they do not cover. However, if it is caused through accident, it would be covered. The sales person conform that, but since servicing refuses to pay the insurance that I purchased, there is nothing I can do.
