regular service call I had postponed coming in for my regular service because of Covid concerns. However, I needn't have worried! AJ is always helpful, and I was impressed with the attention to cleanliness and Covid guidelines that were evident. I will be so happy when the carwash is available again!!
Fuel pump recall A fuel pump recall required the gas tank to be less than 1/4 full. I dropped my car off with the low fuel light on. I expected to have to sit in Friday night traffic on the way to a gas station. I was surprised and grateful to see I had a full tank at no cost.
Respectful and easy experience! Having bought many many cars for myself over my lifetime as well as for others (three cars over 10 ten years just at this dealership), the most respectful buying experience is here. Ogbob The service was good, you should supply a loaner car to the customer especially during the virus. The tv’s weren’t on so we could watch it. The front doors were locked so I had to walk around to the service doors
Lexus of Bellevue delivers from buy in to service. 3 years since leasing and everything is as advertised. Regardless of service advisor they get the job done. Great loner car if needed without any problems and done quickly.
excellent experience we were extremely impressed with their approach. the deal was clear, fair and straightforward. the sales team and the orientation team are outstanding. there was no pressure. we slept on it and came back the next day to sign the papers.
