Frist Service after my move. Moved back to the West Side recently and needed my Lexus to be serviced. Ken Johnson, the service writer, was great, knew what he was doing and very professional. My vehicle service was quick, got a wash and vacuum in quick order. The waiting area is very clean and jammed with snacks and goodies. Even though my purchase was on the East Side of the State where I lived at the time, I was treated like I bought it there.
My 2018 Lexus 350 ES 350 Detailed Had my car detailed and was very happy with the work. The dealer gave me a loaner and therefore, I did not have to bring a cars to drop off or pick up my car. It looked like a new car car again and smelled good.
