The service is why I keep coming back I've bought all three of my Lexus vehicles here. The service and team at this dealership is outstanding and unbeatable from anywhere else I've bought and/or serviced my vehicles. They give me no reason to go anywhere else. I always feel taken care of and appreciate their honesty for caring for my car and my safety. Go see Ed Lee in Service. He is full of information from buying, owning, servicing vehicles compared to Lexus.

Another very satisfied customer! Excellent, no pressure assistance from sales and finance staff, in particular David Easterbrook, the sales consultant, and Iris Chen the delivery specialist. Have been a client of Lexus of Tacoma for 17 years and our son is also a client. Highly recommend Lexus if Tacoma.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE From start to finish this was an excellent experience. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. Katie, the sales rep i worked with, was fabulous. I took my 97 year old father with me. They were wonderful and caring with him. This allowed me to focus on purchasing a car. Thank you all for making this a very pleasant experience. I'm actually looking forward to doing business with you again. Can't say that about many dealerships.

100% Full Service! A big shout-out to Patrick & Iris! Starting with Patrick resolved any and every issue I had, especially given the issues with the virus and shortages nation-wide. Iris is truly the wickipedia of how to walk anyone thru all the tech operations of the car followed with more information via email the same day. They will service anything!! I own 2 Lexus and just purchased a Nissan Quest. Brought it in for brakes and oil change. I got a full safety, so I know the overall condition of the car. Great experience with David and his team.

An outstanding dealership! We just purchased a 2022 RX 350 from this dealership. The sales representative we worked with was incredible!! We had visited several Lexus dealers during the past year, and this one was by far the most welcoming, helpful, and professional. There was never any pressure to buy a vehicle and no push for us to purchase additional options. This dealership is outstanding. I would rate them a 10 if there were 10 stars.
