Outstanding Service Consultant Lexus of Tacoma has been an outstanding service provider. They are on time and on budget and the service consultant, Mr. Dung Nguyen, was outstanding. He anticipated concerns and explained elements of the work in detail without being prodded.
No Pressure Car Buying Bill White was a great no pressure sales person. he showed us several options for car buying both new and used. He spent the better part of a day making sure we were happy and got the right car for our needs.

Great Overall Experience Six months ago I started my research. Three months ago my buying choice was down to the 22NX, RX, or Toyota Highlander. I got a call from O’Brien and they said they had an FSport Hybrid RX I could drive. When I arrived, I discovered there was a confusion about what I could drive.
