Great Overall Experience Six months ago I started my research. Three months ago my buying choice was down to the 22NX, RX, or Toyota Highlander. I got a call from O’Brien and they said they had an FSport Hybrid RX I could drive. When I arrived, I discovered there was a confusion about what I could drive. I was pretty disappointed, but then Ty Hall walked up with his gentle and warm demeanor, and that inviting smile! We hit it off immediately. Happy Customer I always am treated very well when I come in. Everyone there is very friendly. I am a very happy customer!! I was informed what my car needed to fix my windshield wipers. Now, the parts are ordered. I will be called to let me know the parts are there. I will schedule the time to come. I am always offered a car instead of waiting. That is more than nice!!
The only place I get my Lexus serviced! Excellent service. Had a 10:15 appt. but dropped it off first thing in the morning. They had it done well ahead of schedule. Great service by a great staff!
