Service appointment John Majors was a pleasure to work with as always! I was in for my service for longer than originally anticipated because of a couple of additional items that needed attention and unfortunately a loaner car was not available but opted to wait rather than coming back. THE BEST EVER Ethan and rest of the team were AMAZING. Very knowledgeable, helpful and moreover not pushy. We went in on Sunday January 30th, I knew exactly what I wanted, flexible on color and by Friday February 4th our RX 350 was there, we picked up on Saturday.
