THE BEST EVER Ethan and rest of the team were AMAZING. Very knowledgeable, helpful and moreover not pushy. We went in on Sunday January 30th, I knew exactly what I wanted, flexible on color and by Friday February 4th our RX 350 was there, we picked up on Saturday. More than just donuts! A pleasant experience at Lexus Fife! Dung at service is very helpful and honest which needs to be done with my car. When he found out that the service will take longer than expected, he got me a loaner car so I can do my other errands (which includes buying donuts for the staff at Lexus) and have lunch at a Pho resto that he recommended which is amazing!

Solution to a sad experience We have had a lot of good experiences with Lexus of Tacoma at Fife, especially with a man whose name is Johnny Majors. When we call for service or a question about the car he always has an answer and makes us feel like what we ask is perfectly fine. And when he can't take our call, he always calls as soon as he can.
