More than just donuts! A pleasant experience at Lexus Fife! Dung at service is very helpful and honest which needs to be done with my car. When he found out that the service will take longer than expected, he got me a loaner car so I can do my other errands (which includes buying donuts for the staff at Lexus) and have lunch at a Pho resto that he recommended which is amazing!
Great Way to Start 2022! I recently purchased a 2021 "used" car from this dealership. Hands down, it was the best car buying experience I've had. Patrick was very knowledgeable and explained all the features of the car prior to my test drive. He made me feel very at ease with the process. Solution to a sad experience We have had a lot of good experiences with Lexus of Tacoma at Fife, especially with a man whose name is Johnny Majors. When we call for service or a question about the car he always has an answer and makes us feel like what we ask is perfectly fine. And when he can't take our call, he always calls as soon as he can. Great Service Got my 30000 miles service today. My loaner was ready and the service took less time than expected. My vehicle was returned clean inside and out. The service representative also educated me on the Lexus service program and suggested that I get an alignment done because I had recently purchased a new set of tires. He was right. I needed one. This is a great great place to have your vehicle maintained.
