Great Service Got my 30000 miles service today. My loaner was ready and the service took less time than expected. My vehicle was returned clean inside and out. The service representative also educated me on the Lexus service program and suggested that I get an alignment done because I had recently purchased a new set of tires. He was right. I needed one. This is a great great place to have your vehicle maintained.
Trade In Just purchased a 2018 RX350 just 7 months ago and really wanted to upgrade to the 2022. Spoke with Amber via internet and she set me up with Matt Romero who was so great in calling and setting up a time for us to come in and see if the numbers worked and to get what I really wanted.
