Initially, I was really pleased with my experience. Turn around time was quick from start to closing on our refinance cash out for debt settlement. The closing experience was horrible. Scheduled for the wrong dates/times and had to rearrange things. Final numbers came back largely skewed from original ($5000+ NOT in our favor), Original promised Mortgage deference for two months was only one month, explained away as "once creditors have been paid, you'll get refunds!" I got the full court press from some pushy jerk named *******, he lead me to a debt program that would negotiate with my current lenders, and instructed me not to speak with them, when I told him I wasnt going to do the deal he just hung up the phone abruptly. Might be the right deal for someone whos in over their head, but we were looking to consolidate a few bills, and that is not what they are selling.

Sneaky business practice and Not to be trusted. My first and only impression of them was their letter used the City of Delaware's disbursement center as a reason to open up their letter. I thought I would maybe get money back to me due to a tax overpayment. Instead I got a sales pitch for another loan, We're already in debt why do I want more???
On the phone with a "gentleman" and he wanted to tell me what I need to do. I stated straight up that I was not going to do a consolidation loan at all. Then he tried to sell me on it and I again stated I am not doing a consolidation loan. After I said it again he hung up on me without a goodbye a sorry we cant help you or anything. Places like this take advantage of people. I will never recommend any friends or family to talk with them.

I have never been so harassed by a business in my life. Daily calls, voicemails and regular mailings its absolutely baffling how they are able to be in business with how they hassle you with constant contact. I want all communication stopped! They call me incessantly. Despite asking to have my name/number removed from their call list and/or put on the do not call list, they still call me 4-6 times per day. Each time they assure me that they will remove me. The calls ramp up for 24 hours and then they stop for three days. After three days, they start again. I have had to resort to recording calls with them and am looking into filing harassment charges. I would never utilize this company.

They will not stop calling me. I have registered on the do not call list. I have requested to them to stop calling and I still receive calls at least every other hour. They are relentless and will not stop
